Dupont & Dupont Ford is looking for an Outside Parts Representative to develop and represent our Ford Parts division across the Outaouais region.

Your Role

• Develop and maintain business relationships with mechanical shops and body shops in the Outaouais region

• Represent Dupont & Dupont Ford as a trusted automotive parts partner

• Present and promote our online parts ordering platform

• Coordinate and carry out certain parts deliveries

• Follow up and oversee customer orders

• Contribute to the growth of the parts department

Requirements

• Strong business development and sales skills

• Experience in the automotive field (service, parts, sales, delivery, or related)

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Strong sense of responsibility and organization

• Positive attitude and team spirit

• Good communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships

Dupont & Dupont Ford is continuing its growth and we are looking for a Mechanical Technician specializing in F-350, F-450, and F-550 mid-size trucks.
If you are comfortable working with commercial trucks (Class 3 to 5) and the more complex systems they require, you will thrive in our completely renovated Ford PRO department.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose, repair, and maintain F-350, F-450, and F-550 trucks
Perform preventative maintenance and multi-point inspections
Carry out repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Collaborate with our Ford PRO technicians and technical advisors
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with Ford standards and safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Automotive or Heavy Vehicle Mechanics
Relevant experience with medium-duty trucks (Class 3 to 5) – a significant asset
Knowledge of Ford systems: an advantage
Valid driver’s license

TECHNICIAN – WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIALIST

Dupont & Dupont Ford is growing, and we are looking for a Wheel Alignment Specialist to join our Service Department. If alignment, suspension geometry, and precise handling are part of your expertise, you will thrive in our modern facility equipped with industry-leading Hunter technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform 2-wheel and 4-wheel alignments on Ford and multi-brand vehicles

Diagnose issues related to suspension, steering, and vehicle geometry

Inspect all components affecting handling and stability (control arms, ball joints, tie rods, shocks, etc.)

Adjust and calibrate components related to driver assistance systems (ADAS) when required

Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors

Ensure all work meets Ford standards and the department’s high quality expectations

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Automotive Mechanics (DEP or equivalent)

Experience with wheel alignment (Hunter systems or equivalent) is a strong asset

Solid understanding of suspension and steering systems

Knowledge of Ford vehicles is an advantage

Valid driver’s license
